Business modelBusiness Model and Strategic Management
Our business model is based on "creating new markets" through manufacturing the "world's only one" and "number one" technology.
We have developed a highly profitable business by focusing on the needs within small markets, and by developing and manufacturing high value-added products.
We developed automated machines focused on producing many models in small quantities to meet a variety of needs. This has also contributed to the expansion of our business while increasing productivity and product quality.
Aggressive R&D investment is our management strategy. We have been applying the results of the investment to the next product development which is creating highly profitable product lineups.
We are also working to establish a system for a constant creation of new markets. Precisely, we will apply the gained profits and know-how from product development to the next R&D investment.
In order to contribute to the society through business growth, we will continue to implement "Market Pioneering Management Strategy," focusing on overseas expansion. We will keep a close eye on domestic market trends as well.
